PsychometricLab is a multidisciplinary research team at the University of Granada. The lab is directed by José Luis Padilla and houses Likertas, a research collective of women psychometricians led by Isabel Benítez Baena.

A collective within the lab.

Likertas is a research collective of women psychometricians inside PsychometricLab, led by Isabel Benítez Baena. The group meets biweekly to share project updates, exchange feedback, and work through methodological challenges together.
